Todays egg salad sandwich with stone ground mustard, kosher dill pickles, scallions, mayo, dill weed, salt, and pepper. 👩‍🍳

I’ve been making my eggs in an egg cooker for a while now and it works great. Also, it makes the process easier and less time consuming. Wonderful for egg omelets and hard boiled.
